PayPal payments may not be accepted for some countries.
We now offer economy international shipping as well as USPS Priority mail international.
Delivery times are estimated between:
1 - 6 weeks for economy shipping.
6 - 21 business days for Priority international.
Economy shipping orders are shipped to a US distribution center and then shipped to the destination country. Your tracking may show deliver to a US address before being shipped to your country. This is normal.
Shipping cost vary by country.

These fees will vary by country and will be due upon delivery.
We will not mark as gift or adjust cost for custom forms.
All other countries must order through our eBay store.
Q: Why are international shipping cost so high?
A: Shipping cost have risen all across the world. Even sending a small parcel internationally is expensive using the cheapest shipping method.
Sales venues and payment processors require us to have confirmed delivery wherever we ship item(s). In order to comply with their seller protection policies; we can only offer options that include international delivery confirmation. It is the only way we can offer our products globally as we are just a small company and are not able to absorb the cost of lost international parcels.
Ordering:
Orders can be placed on this website or via eBay, Reverb, Amazon, Mercari and Etsy.
For order inquires for purchases made from eBay, Reverb, Amazon, Mercari or Etsy, please us the messaging system on the site of purchase so we can serve you better.
Orders meeting or exceeding $150 USD may require signature confirmation (at our discretion). There will be no addition cost to the buyer. Please be aware that you may need to sign for your order if it meets or exceeds this amount.
We do offer volume discounts for larger quantities. Contact us for details.
We accept payments via this website and PayPal.
If you wish to order by check or money order use our contact form.
Please do not mail checks or money orders without contacting us first.
Additional payment options may be available through eBay, Reverb, Amazon, Mercari or Etsy's websites.

Please note that we cannot change the ship to address once an item has been ordered.
For PayPal orders we can only ship to verified PayPal addresses.
Please ensure your address is correct before purchase.
Cancellations at the buyer request or buyer error may incur a fee as our payment processors charge us a fee even if an order is refunded. Orders cancelled by us for out of stock, order errors or other reasons that are of no fault of the buyer will not incur any fee to the buyer.
Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order anytime before item(s) ship.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
Orders with address errors or address verification issues will be canceled.
Please ensure all of your address and shipping information is correct before ordering as we are not responsible for shipment delays or misdelivered item(s) due to address errors.
We will cancel any orders that we deem suspicious or as a risk for fraud.
International orders to freight forwarding companies or re-shippers are not accepted and will be cancelled. All international customers should purchase only from our website (if available) or eBay store.
Handling Time:
Since most of our items are hand made to order and tested thoroughly we require a minimum of 2 business days handling time to build, test, pack and ship orders. Some items may require more time.
Items may ship faster if we have available stock ready built.
Purchasing Priority mail upgrade will not affect the handling time.
Backorders
From time to time an item may be sold out but available to purchase as a backorder. Backorder purchases are charged when you checkout. Typical backorder times may be 1-2 weeks but due to current supply chain issues, backorders may take longer. We will ship all items as soon as they are available. You can request to cancel a back ordered item anytime before item(s) ship. Cancellations cannot be processed once item(s) have shipped.
Shipping Time & Fees:
All Items ship via USPS.
Once an item is ready for shipping we will ship orders out as fast a possible excluding weekends and postal holidays.
You may get a shipment notification while your order is still being prepared. This is normal and item(s) will ship within 24-48 after shipment notifications are sent.
Our shipping cutoff times are 12 pm central time Mon-Fri. Orders ready for shipment after 12 pm central time will go into the mail stream the next available business day.
We also ship some items on Saturday if items are ready to be delivered to the postal service.
No items will ship on Sundays due to lack of service from USPS.
We offer ECONOMY Shipping for all orders for a flat fee (based on current shipping rates) regardless of the order size to the continental 48 United States for orders .
Priority Mail Shipping is $10.99 to all US Regions.
Economy Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories will be based on current shipping rates. USPS charges based on weight and distance so the cost will be more than to the continental US States.
Economy shipping typically arrives to you between 3-10 business days for the continental US
and 7-21 Business Days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & US Territories.
We offer an upgrade to priority mail (for an additional cost).
Priority mail typically arrives within 1-4 Business days to the continental US
and 3-14 Days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & US Territories.
Priority mail shipping and transit times are not guaranteed by the United states postal service.
We do not offer refunds on shipping cost due to delays by the postal service.
Returns & Refunds:
We offer returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items that have been altered, disassembled or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not offer returns on consumable such as batteries. If you purchase a kit containing batteries and return, the cost of the batteries may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.
